I am looking for a girl to take over my lease starting April 1st. The rent would be through the end of August. I live with three other girls, and our house is very cute, and is clean and in good shape. The house is fully furnished and I am also looking to get rid of my bedroom furniture. We have a dishwasher and our own washer and dryer. We also have a garage for storage. We have a private landlord who always responds to our requests within about a day. He covers water/sewer/garbage. Other utilities include gas which is usually around $15-20 a person in the winter, electric around $11, and cable/internet if you want it around $12. There is a security deposit of $335.
