Summer Room to Rent!

"Summer Room to Rent:

I am looking for a female renter to take over my rent from approximately June 15th through the end of August.  I live currently with four lovely Christian girls, who attend CCF, and are very friendly and fun to be around.  I live in the New England Apartments, 2524 Douglas Ave. which is only a five minute walk to Buchanan Towers.  The rent is $384 a month plus utilities and the renter would have their own room,  The kitchen and living room is very spacious and there are two bathrooms, which each have a shower in them and the large bathroom has a washer and dryer.  There is a wonderful balcony, which is great to hang out on especially in the summertime when the sun comes out and/or to store a bike.  Please let me know if interested!
