Hi! I am looking for a female renter to take over my roommates lease in my two bedroom/one bath apt. Apt is right next to North Campus (Indian and Ivy) and is available in April. Renter would have the master bedroom and rent would be $450 a mo + util., which are approximately $75-$100/mo. Free washer/dryer on site as well as off street parking. Apartment used to be a cafe, so it has charming blue and white tiled floors throughout the living rm, bathroom, and kitchen. I have WELL BEHAVED cat, so the renter should be ok with animals! Another cat would be allowed, no deposit required.
