Summer Room for Rent!
I am looking for a female renter to sublet from me during the summer. I live in a 4 bedroom, 1 bath house 2 blocks from north campus just off of East Maple street. As far as I know, only one of my roommates will be staying in the house during the summer. The renter would pay $400 a mo + about $50 in utilities from June to August. The room will be fully furnished with a bed and dresser!
